Families Welcome at Wayfarers Hostel

Wayfarers Hostel is an ideal place for a family stay. Whether it’s stopping in Penrith for a night to break a longer journey up the M6, visiting friends and family in the Eden Valley or basing here for a holiday in the northern Lake District, we have a room and a rate to suit you.

We can offer private en suite rooms with 2 to 6 beds as well as having a travel cot available for families to use.

Families are encouraged to make use of our comfy lounge which has a large screen TV and a selection of board games for evenings and rainy days!

Our self catering kitchen is equipped to handle the sort of large scale catering families are used to on a daily basis. There is a high chair available for the very small children and even special plastic plates, bowls and cutlery provided.

For stays between Sunday night and Thursday night inclusive we can offer a private room for two adults and three children for just £60 a night. We understand that all families are unique so please contact us so we can provide the best price for you!
